Service scope, timelines, and deliverables are discussed and agreed upon before project initiation.

3. Payment Terms

Project-Based Services (Web Development, App Development, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Shopify Store Creation, Digital Marketing):
• 50% advance payment is required before project initiation
• Remaining 50% is payable after project completion and client review
eCommerce Account Management Services (Amazon, Walmart, eBay):
• Omvix Solutions charges 50% of the net profit margin generated through account management
• This applies to the following business models:
  1. Dropshipping
  2. Wholesale
  3. White Label
  4. Private Label
10. Profit-sharing terms are negotiable, especially for Amazon, eBay, and Walmart account management, and are finalized before onboarding

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and timely access required for service delivery
• Respond promptly to queries, approvals, and requests
• Not engage in illegal, misleading, or policy-violating activities
• Comply with all applicable marketplace and platform policies (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)

5. No Guarantees

Omvix Solutions does not guarantee specific sales volumes, profits, rankings, or performance results. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, and client compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, graphics, branding, and materials provided by Omvix Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. In case of project termination by the client, completed work will be delivered corresponding to payments received.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Omvix Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, hosting providers, or advertising platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Omvix Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

10. Changes to Terms

Omvix Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
